How do I update my billing information?
A.

You can add or edit your billing information by simply downloading the RSTR mobile application. If you don't access to the application then you can call one of our staff members or stop into the facility and we'll gladly assist you.

Q.
What is your return policy on retail and services?
A.

Unworn and undamaged retail items (with tags still attached) may be returned with a receipt within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Services rendered are non-refundable, but the value of the remaining services can be transferred to another service within RSTR Clubs.

How do I take care of my past due balance and restore my account?
A.

You can log in to your RSTR mobile application and update your billing information. You can also contact us at (312) 374-8924 or stop into the gym to see one of our team members.

Cancellation

Q.
What is your cancellation policy?
A.

You may cancel your membership agreement within 30 days from the time you knew or should have known of any substantial change in the service or programs available at the time you joined. For cancellation, stop into one of our facilities to fill out a 30-Day Cancellation Notice.

You'll need to stop into the gym and simply sign a cancellation form.

All memberships that are or roll over to Month-to-Month require a 30-Day Notice to cancel and you (the buyer) will be responsible for any payments owed the facility

Is there a cost to cancel?
A.

No, however, you must submit the 30-Day Cancellation Notice stated above.

Q.
Can I freeze my account temporarily?
A.

Non-medical short-term holds/freezes must be a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months, unless medically related, which requires written documentation. There is a monthly fee assessed for all non-medical freezes, as stated above.

Is there parking available?
A.

No, parking is not included with our facility. Although, paid street parking is available directly in front of the building.

Concealed Carry Policy and Pets
A.

We do not allow any weapons, handguns, or any other type of firearm. Pets are not allowed into the facility for your safety and the pet.

Q.
Do I need to bring a towel?
A.

No, we provide towels to all of our members as a services that is included with your membership.

Q.
Do I need to bring a lock?
A.

No, we provide free lockers that have locks and keys included with your membership.
